Leinenkugel's keynote speech

On October 29th Wisconsin Secretary of Commerce Richard J. Leinenkugel made the keynote address at the 2009 Small Business Success Stories awards dinner.  This is the fifth annual presentation of the awards sponsored by Corporate Report Wisconsin, Associated Bank and the College of Business, University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
